I'd think twice about moving to Harbin. What does Harbin really have? Not much, in my view. Good food? No. Clean air? No. ( coal is burned extensively, and the ashfall is heavy, often obscuring the sky. ) Traffic is terrible. Drivers are undisciplined. I have asked people about why Harbin appeals to them, and have never received a comprehensive answer.
