Hi,
I joined a company in Chengdu and all was great until it came to applying for a work visa that is. I had to pay for all the costs of the work visa, I went to Hong Kong and got approved for a Z visa only to come to China to report back to the agency for them to process the application for residence/work permit and then cancel it midway. I entered China on 13th May now I don't know what to do as time is ticking, I had 30 days to apply for a residence permit but it looks like time is not on my side.

Does anyone have any advice? I don't want to leave China again, is it possible to change to a different agency without having to go to HK again? Can I change my visa to L visa or extend for 30 days?
