Thanks for writing back, but where do I get the Medical Examination Form for Foreigners? I am in Canada, the school in China said a letter from my doctor stating my health would be fine to send for me to receive the invitation letter, but the Consulate states I need a doc to sign this Medical Examination Form for Foreigners, but where the bloody hell do you find such a form. I guess this is just the beginning. Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks all.
