Hello, please anyone with any insight, suggestions, and info on these topics please let me know.

I accepted this position in Harbin, sounded great, good feedback from former and current Foreign Teachers, Manager is friendly and helpful, 7000RMB per month, unique city, cheap to live, ect, ect. So I sent all my documents to the school via email, TESOL Certs, Medical Exam Form, Passport Copy, Pic, ect. So the school could apply for my Invitation Letters (what exactally should I expect from the GovernmentOfficials, how many documents, what are the names?). Well this was done, mid December, and I and the school have yet to find out anything, why is this taking so long? How long should it take, I wanted to be in China for the Chinese New Year Festival, but I guess it wont be happening.

So I have given them one more week, if nothing is finalized then I will go to another school in China. This school is in Tianjin, called Kid Castle School, located in Hexi District, if there is anyone out there with info on Tianjin, Kid Castle Schools, please let me know. The Tianjin School offers 6000RMB per month, 1000RMB for apartment, is this a good deal for the area? Can one save and live a good life on this? The school says its 20 hours teaching and 10 hours working per week, with most likely a 6 day per week schedule, what should I expect my daily hours to be?

So many schools, I find there are more horror stories on schools and citys than good, up lifting, I sometimes wonder why so many people are teaching out there, if all they are going to do is complain about the City, the School, Students, I figure you can ask so much, then just take a chance, I hope to do just that.
