Travel Alone And Still Have Fun!
By:Vanessa Ann Lea

You called your friend Sally and she won't be back until next week. You've emailed your cousin Ted but he's not replying. Now, you have no one to ask to accompany you to that most awaited trip that you've planned two months ago. Don't fret, because traveling alone can still be so much fun if you just do a careful planning of your itinerary. And to help you, here are some activities you can include in your schedule for that peaceful travel that you deserve.

Visit museums

Especially if you're the kind of person who is interested in history, a trip to the museum can spell F-U-N for you. In museums, having a group of friends with you may not always be necessary, as the attraction is really on the information that you would hear from the tour guide. So enjoy whatever you can learn from your visit.

See Broadway shows

Watching plays and Broadway shows can truly entertain you. Because just like in the movies, you could also always get some interesting life stories from a stage show. You don't really need a company you can chat with for this activity because theatres are strict places where unnecessary noises are not allowed. So save that good laugh when you go back home and just enjoy the scenes.

Practice your photography skills

Take a leisurely walk and capture images of beautiful spots. Especially if you have a more advanced type of camera, taking pictures can be more fun. It's because you're sure to get a nice remembrance of the place through the good quality images that your gadget has captured.

Traveling by all by yourself does not always mean boredom. So push through with that getaway and enjoy a peaceful alone time.
