Just be careful when you come to thailand. The majority of Thai people are wonderful, warm and friendly. It is when you begin to delve into politics and the elites (they think they are hi-so) that the water begins to get a bit murky. The way a deal is typically done is to agree to someones face and then change the deal in the other room after the meeting is over. Get EVERYTHING Clearly in writing!
