After I foolishly responded, and sent my resume, degree, certificate, etc. I got this email:

Thanks for the email and fast response to my advert.
First, I want you to understand the position and review it to know if it will suit your needs.
My wife Han and two kids Li and Sun are not proficient in English conversation and written skills. I want the kids to improve in their written and conversation English before they can go back to a regular school and I need my wife to be proficient so that she will be able to get a good Job here in England as an accountant.

The length of the contract is for 12 months and the monthly salary is 3000 British pounds with other allowances which include Health insurance of 300 British pounds, Hazard/Inconveniences:40.00 pounds,Car Maintenance:89.00 pounds,House & Furnishings:80.00pounds,Entertainment & Recreation:75.00 pounds and Travel & Events:50.00/month.

I will shoulder the cost of your round trip flight fare to England at the Beginning of the contract and at the end back to your country. An Accommodation is provided for you at a self contained apartment in my residence and all the utility bills are paid by me. A vehicle is available for your use.

The teaching hours is 6 hours daily from Monday to Fridays and the weekends are off day for you and all national holidays will be observed. You will take Han for 3 hours and after a 30 minutes break, you will then take Li and Sun for 2 hours 30 minutes. Han is 36 years old and the kids Li and Sun are 7 and 5 respectively.

You will have a 150 pounds bonus take home each vacation period and you have 2 weeks vacations twice per year and you might wish to take it once or 2 weeks apart.
