Even if this mail is not a scam and from a real school, I would not really trust it for several reasons:

1. It does not have any details regarding the duties expected from the teacher like amount of hours relating to weekly teaching load,
2. nothing regarding visa requirements for working there legally,
3. no details re salary and other benefits (if applicable),
4. no real job description (what and who to teach, etc.), etc. etc.
5. who is covering the flight expenses, visa costs, etc.

Instead, there is only bla..bla...bla, and all that would not be good enough to even make me consider of going there for work!

Spending your holidays on the Maldives is certainly easier and less risky than working for a school that may not be a real "school"!

Drop them - my advice!
