So, in the Yuncheng area of Shanxi there is collusion to cap salaries of FTs between at least one very disreputable agent and a private school.

Or is the private school fibbing?

Either way, the FT will lose out!

How can this be allowed to happen? It's disgusting, and the losers will be the FTs that teach in the Yuncheng area!

Steer clear of the Yuncheng area of Shanxi. Teach elsewhere.
