Resume and Interview Tips

How to Answer Job Interview Questions Properly - Do This & You Will Get the Job
By:Benjamin Wise

The whole purpose to an interview is to ask questions and answer questions. The best thing you can do before an interview is be prepared. With that said you will more than likely get some questions which require you to think on your feet.

There is also the danger of been overly prepared in the sense that all you want to do is regurgitate the information in your mind. The best way to answer interview questions is to do so thoughtfully.

In other words take a little time before answering the question. Make sure you understand what is behind the question, in other words what they mean by the question. If you are unsure of the question, ask them to repeat it.

Additionally don't be afraid to ask them what they mean by that question. Now you may be a little concerned about coming off as stupid for asking them to repeat the question or by asking to clarify it, but in all honesty this is far better than going off on a tangent with an answer that is not exactly relevant to the question.

Remember Interviews are all about questions and answers so do not worry about getting it right by asking what they mean.

Last but not least, listen carefully to what they are asking. Do not consume yourself with what you think they are asking, just listen first, then the motive to their question will more easily be revealed.

To conclude if you do this you will vastly improve your odds of landing that job
