Drafting an online resume can cause the same headache as creating the printed kind. What to include, what to leave out etc., etc. For the most part, the basic sections are the same: header, job objective, experience, education, specialty area (certifications, volunteer work, awards for example).

When choosing to save your document in office, If you are luck enough to have the latest and greatest application suite, be sure to use the "save as 2003 version of Microsoft Word" and not the 2007 version. This is because even though you may have the latest software, not all companies may have upgraded yet. Your resume won't be read because it won't be opened!
