Success - Getting Less Help From Others Or Getting Less Help From Yourself
By:Larry Icabandi Nabiong

No need to be like superman.

Yes, with your simple desire to lead a good life you can do things within your reach. No need to ambition things beyond your ability. Be always practical, realistic or what to avoid unhappiness for failed attempts to victory.

To set a very high standard for yourself sans knowing all your power or ability like talent, skills, etc. you were liken to a blind man traveling around without a guide or what. Yes, you must first get the whole picture of your situation then upon realizing the pros and cons it is about time to do the necessary actions towards your ambitions/s. Yes, there is always a must for self-awareness than rely on people around who does know about your own predicament and all by just looking at your outward appearance. If the problem lies within, how could they know the solution lest they wanted to appear fools feigning experts in helping you out, right?

Only you-- and no other-- have the power to determine what you want in life. Nary man has the power to know by just merely looking at you like a fish inside a fish bowl. Yes, only you could understand your dilemma, and others would just be spectators and never be getting the real feeling, thinking of the one being trapped in a given situation. The only thing that they can do to help you is asking them to get out of your way for you to have our own perspective sans puzzling you along the way with their own so-called expertise. Yes, the real driver should not stay in the backseat, but in the front, er driving seat!

If you let them manipulate you, your world would be in big trouble. You would not be experiencing the things you should be experiencing when you had let them have a say on whatever decisions you make. Yes, liken to a child having trouble with his toys, adults around him would help sans giving him a chance to ask for help if need be, thus, grabbing the child the chance to realize something, say needing other people's help to fix the problem after he himself realized that he was incompetent enough to fix it.

The feeling of getting success without much help from other would be good a feeling, but of course, it depends on how you see it and your personality type. If you were a kind of person who believes in self-mastery and all, you would not let other people intervene unless you felt you need help; whereas, if you were too dependent on others to get anything done or what, of course it would be difficult for you to go on without much pushing from significant people around.

Well, whatever personality type you happen to be, what is vital here is you know yourself well and you are willing to learn something in the process, sans giving the blame to someone later.

Success can be had either way: less help from others or less help from yourself.
