15 Hot Tips To Quick And Easy Good Fortune

Tired of worrying about your health or wealth? Good. Here's an exact formula for- "How you can stop worrying about money and health." Change your Focus and change your life.

A Quick Good Fortune Insight: You are the seed of your own Good Fortune. The flow of riches and health comes from within you. Your own Inspiration is the only guide you CAN use to Get Rich and Get Happy. They are pretty much the same thing. Being rich feels great - and so does being happy and healthy.

1 Minute Wonders

1. Open a window and take 10 deep breaths of FRESH Air - slowly. If you feel lightheaded - you are not getting enough oxygen to think clearly. Repeat as needed throughout the day. Oh go on. Try it!

2. Eat a handful of raw almonds - high nutrition and good "brain" food. Drink several glasses of water, without hydration you body can't function optimally.

3. Improve your concentration power instantly. Turn off the TV - and all distracting noise.

4. Play a favorite RELAXING or ENERGIZING CD (no radio, no ads, no news, no stress.)

5. Place a favorite photo or uplifting picture or poem where you can see it often. If you have a Vision Board, use it. Give it your full attention for 1 minute - or until you feel relaxed. Repeat this anytime you feel stress and train your mind to shift focus from the stress to your Vision for your future.

5 Minute Quick Fixes

6. Screen calls and don't answer any that annoy or tie up your concentration. Set time aside to respond when you are centered and KNOW how you want the call to go and the outcome YOU want to achieve.

7. Focus on YOU. Keep a journal and list your talents, abilities, favorite ideas, things that delight you and inspire you. Read it over if you have one, if not - take 5 and begin it now.

8. Boost your energy: drink a cup of peppermint tea with RAW honey. If digestion is a problem- that slows down your thinking. Try a cleansing cup of energy tea: 1 tablespoon of RAW apple cider vinegar and 1 tablespoon of RAW honey. Super foods give you super nutrition and a quick boost.

9. Write down a list of 5 things that you feel grateful for RIGHT NOW, in your life. Concentrate on each one for 1 minute. Repeat this whenever you feel stressed or anxious. Ten a day will transform your life in a week.

10. Train your mind. Make a list of things you need to do today. Circle the five most important, and set priorities 1-5. Give your full attention to one at a time. Ignore everything else until you have the time to focus on it. Eliminate the worry and anxiety about what you need to do daily. You only have 24 hours. Make a decision and then relax and do what you planned.

20 Minute Miracles

11. Take an exercise break and energize your body. Do a yoga routine, quick work-out or take a quick walk. Breath deeply, shake out tension and get your blood flowing and heart beating strongly. Concentrate only on your body and how you feel. Relax, rest, restore your sense of balance. Return to work and give it your full attention.

12. What does your Vision of wealth and happiness look like? Flip through magazines and find photos or captions that make you smile - and out-picture the inner ideas and lifestyle YOU value. The more visual images you have and the more you can FEEL and enjoying it now -- the quicker you'll find the opportunities to get you there. Save them until you have a good collection of ideas. These images will inspire new insights.

13. What books or websites feed your Vision and offer tips and strategies you feel will work. Do them. Practice. Enjoy it. Emotions that feel good work fast. Watch the "money making" videos on YouTube and find the ones you like. Bookmark and visit them whenever you need a boost in energy. Repeat often the ones that Inspire and excite you.

14. Overcome fear. You can't think clearly when you feel anxious or fearful. Make a list of the things that make you feel tense, and one-by-one break them down and look at what is limiting you. Take one at a time, and transform it. Visit Overcome Fear Fast and build a bridge from what you fear...to the wealth and lifestyle you seek. Repeat it until you FEEL relaxed and free of fear on that topic. Then do the next one. Desensitize the trigger idea, and free your body from the stressful fear responses.

15. Journal or write out the details of your Dream of Good Fortune. What will be new? What is different? What are the new Feelings? What will you be doing? Saying? Who with? What foods? What activities? Reread and redo it until it feels right. Now make a Vision board and allow it to work on your subconscious mind. This is who you really are without fear. Review it often enough that you begin to hear it in your self talk.

There are many ways to achieve your Dreams - but none work so quickly or easily as these 15 strategies. As long as you are following what you love, that makes you happy, you are on your way. Very soon you will find the changes you seek "growing up" all around you. As you move into more of what you love, the changes will take you to your Vision.

Allow for the magic. You don't know how to get there - so why not try a new approach? Continuing to do what you have been doing - (that isn't working) isn't likely to work any better in the future either.

It takes 21 days to form a new habit. Make the commitment and begin today. The Life you WANT to live is waiting for you - you need only Focus on it to bring it into your experience. That is far less trouble than continuing to live in what you don't want and fuss, isn't it?

Your subconscious habits and the Law of Attraction is how you got to where you are now (mostly unconsciously and mostly NOT your choice.) Use the same principal mindfully. You attract what you give Attention to. It's that simple. Your attracting power is how you'll quickly and easily get to your new Vision of a lifestyle you love.
