I am a student teacher and one of my assignments is to find a teacher over the web and find out what they do in their classroom with children who have special needs or multicultural issues. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

1. How do you handle/approach teaching children with special needs in the classroom? How do you make accommodations/adaptations while teaching the rest of your students? Do you let your students know that one of their classmates has special needs?
2. How do you approach and include multicultural issues in the classroom? If you have different cultures in your classroom, how do you address their needs in your curriculum?
