These Chinese "schools" are part of the problem and should be blamed and brought to the attention of the authorities concerned as well.

"I wouldn't agree with using fake degrees at all, as I've just mentioned in another response. However, it's a two way process. Chinese schools need to stop using fake schools, fake jobs, fake teachers etc. Then they will have every moral right to clamp down on the use of fake documents."
