Ireland - Drogheda (on the East coast)
School:Executive and Professional Training Institute (EPTI)

The Executive and Professional Training Institute (EPTI) is located in the medieval town of Drogheda on the east coast of Ireland, 40 minutes by car from Dublin International Airport. Our comfortable and spacious learning centre is housed in a historical building overlooking the Boyne River. We provide quality training courses to non-native English speaking professionals worldwide.

Our client base varies from business executives to groups of young adult students following general and specialised English language programmes, pre-university and third-level courses.
Consultancy in training, testing and education is provided to corporations worldwide.
It is our aim to provide programmes that cater for the individual needs of our students, even those participating in group courses, who wish to become effective communicators in the specialised language of their profession or industry.

Teachers
The Institute’s success can be attributed to our professional employees who are fully committed to its aims and objectives. Enthusiastic tutors employ both modern and traditional methodologies in the classroom to encourage enjoyable and productive learning. Our academic staff are native English-speaking university graduates, most holding post-graduate qualifications, with wide-ranging and diverse work experiences gained locally and internationally.

The Programmes
Students may join courses at any stage throughout the year and we provide assistance in obtaining Irish study visas for non-EU residents. Thorough assessment is provided for each student using internationally recognised tools. Small classes ensure personal attention and relevant instruction for each student. Pre-university foundation courses are offered to foreign students preparing to follow a university course through English. Students have access to a multimedia library stocked with EFL materials for all levels, which provides an excellent opportunity for extra study.

Recognised TOEIC Test Centre (Test of English for International Communication)
The TOEIC test evaluates the capacity of non-native speakers of English to communicate in the international workplace. Developed by linguists and statisticians, the test questions are based on authentic samples of language taken from everyday situations – meetings, reports, phone calls, travel, banking, etc. Suitable for use in all lines of business, the TOEIC test measures the language competence of candidates, whatever their level or function, and gives reliable scores time after time. With more than 1.4 million candidates in the world every year, TOEIC test results are becoming the internationally recognised standard and are accepted by most American, Australian, British, Canadian and New Zealand academic institutions.
