The school is in the process of a transition to the IB (International Baccalaureate) programmes.

We are proud to announce that the IB Organisation has recently granted Söderkulla International School
the status of PYP (Primary Years Programme) Candidate School.

IBO Mission: The International Baccalaureate aims to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect.

To this end the organization works with schools, governments and international organizations to develop challenging programmes of international education and rigorous assessment.

These programmes encourage students across the world to become active, compassionate and lifelong learners who understand that other people, with their differences, can also be right.

The school is an integrated section of a well-established and fully equipped Swedish school.

Our school is for pupils aged 4-16. Small classes make it possible to cater to the individual needs of pupils.

The well-qualified staff represent several English speaking countries.

Selected to provide education for the children of parents studying at the WMU (World Maritime University).
