The choice of a textbook mainly depends on an answer to the following points:

- what do you want to teach, and what does the textbook cover?
- how does the textbook cover the topic in terms of activities, points explained, and methodology used?
- how would particular students respond to the methodological approaches used in the textbook? Does the textbook used really meet their needs?

I suggest you review the textbooks you have mentioned in these terms. I am not familiar nor particularly interested in teaching Business English, so I do not know any details of the books you have mentioned.

However, I suggest that you take a careful at each of them in terms of the criteria I have mentioned above. In addition, you should review your textbook choice in terms of another point: How lively is the presentation of the content? A classroom always is a very artificial environment for communication; hence you should find ways to make this situation as realistic as possible. To do so, you may have to make use of more than one textbook only and thus would need to make use of several sources.

Good luck!
