If you find you have to teach with a whole group, and especially with kindergarten students, I would suggest that you use music such as Greg and Steve songs to teach such things as parts of the body, the alphabet, days of the week and months of the year. Greg and Steve have been around for a long time and their CD, tapes or records are available. This will not only help teach vocabulary in a fun way, but will also require students to engage in body movement as well.
