teaching kindergarten
By:judy archer <judy.archer4232@gmail.com>

I am teaching classes of about 30 kindergarten students in China. I have been playing games with the students and they seem to enjoy the games and to be learning at a satisfactory rate. However, while playing games, they sometimes become distracted while waiting for their turn to play. So they begin to play on their own and sometimes it is difficult to get their attention back. I've been told the class is too large to do the games. So how would you suggest I organize a class where I can only treat them as a group and do they really learn that way since they are so young and do not understand hardly any English words. They are 4 and 5 years old. I've been told to play songs on the video but is that all I can do? It is a 30 minute class.
