Wow, thanks for the big let down on Harbin there Eric. Freezing temp (already knew), crappy food, toxic spills in the river, isolation, you really turned my smile into a big frown. I understand there is good and bad to every place, but try to mention the good things just as much as the bad.

I also have been in contact with a school in Beihai, Beihai and Harbin, I must decide. I realize alot of people would say Beiahi is a no brainier due to the climate, but the salary is 4500, 5000 air allowance, and it is a tourist place. Harbin 7000 salary, 6000 air allowance, and freezing. Any thought here, money is not everything, and I do realize China is very cheap, and I wont be getting rich quick anywhere there, but to save a bit to travel once a contract is finished would be nice.

So many schools, so many opinions, one says this, the other that, I dont know who to believe anymore, and what to take as true info, or bullshit. Thoughts are appreciated
