But I have met one, who is doing NOTHING behind a big vase. ( in Beijing )
His name is Luo jia-ping ( or William ). He is professor, chief executive officer and chairman.

He has a team of 5-7 young Chinese girls, who are doing all the work. ( sending e-mails and answering the phone ). Nobody is visiting schools indeed.
I am not surprised, that employees like these girls are not motivated. They get maybe 600-1000RMB/month.
William has a huge bank account.
William is the chairman of a joint-venture recruitment agency ( Sino-Canada Language Science and Technology Company Limited, Mountain Educational Group of Canada ). I checked his business partner in Canada. This partner doesn`t exist.

The " primary school " is in Yangzhou, Jiangsu province.
The age of the students: 4-12
This is not a public elementary school, but a private training centre.
These people know nothing about Chinese schools.
( even if they get big fees from there )
But, teachers` lives are in their hands !
