I dont know........maybe you didn't read my post....I said the contract must be written in chinese to be legal....I don't read chinese, maybe you do....if it's in english they can do whatever they want to you anyways.....and besides contract or no contract if you have a good employer that knows how to deal with foreigners you will not have any problems......just dont go putting all your faith in a piece of paper.
