Normally, you must exchange your Z visa into a full residence permit within a period of 30 days after your arrival in China.
Thus, if you have not overstayed, you may not have any problem with Chinese immigration when leaving China within this period of 30 days.
In any other case, ask your Embassy for guidance in the matter!
