Orchard Villa on Ren Min Nan Lu has VDSL. They get speeds around 300kb/s where with my ADSL I get downloads of around 150kb/s if I am on a good site in america or using a downloading program that will make it faster. I heard that in the Western part of town they have Cable Internet but have not heard anything about it. Greatwall broadband is another choice if your apartment is wired for it. If there are a lot of people on the greatwall around where you are trying to use it then it is slower. But if there are not as many it is very fast.
