Well if we are just here to complain and nothing good can come from us,why the demand for teachers is so big?

And ,if everone would reason like you do,they will kill all the Chinese abroad.Remember you are not alne in this world.Foreigners comes to China and millions of Chinese are living abroad.Nobody is an island in this world.

Remember ,just because I am an enployee does not mean my boss can lie to me,steal from me,betray me etc.

Even an employee have rights,something you probably would not understand with your narrow vision.

Finally,the Chinese need us,who will teach them English anyway,if not us.Or do you think the Chinese teachers can teach them.

I will tell you the real situation.Most Chinese English teachers cannot speak proper English.That is a fact.
