Since 1962, the Amity Institute - Live, Learn and Teach in the USA – has been dedicated to the promotion of building international friendship and cultural understanding through teaching exchange.

Through our Intern Teacher Program we offer international students the chance to live, work and experience life in the United States.

As an alternative to traditional study abroad programs Amity Institute, a 45-year-old nonprofit organization, offers students between the ages of 20 and 30 the opportunity to spend a semester or school year as teaching assistants in US foreign language classrooms.

The Intern Teacher Program focuses on sharing language and culture with students of all ages and is designed for those who want to gain teaching experience in a supervised setting and participate in US culture and community.
