Tutor ESL online with Wonder Kids English!

Hi English teachers,

Wonder Kids English is a growing online ESL tutoring service, with over 2 dozen tutors and 220 students, committed to the education of our students as well as a positive and supportive work environment for our staff. We are currently seeking part-time enthusiastic, experienced, and passionate professional ESL teachers to tutor our students aged 5-15 remotely.

We are currently looking for tutors to instruct:
- Conversational English lessons (starting at USD$13.00/hr.)
- Social Studies lessons (starting at USD$15.00/hr.)
- Science lessons (starting at USD$15.00/hr.)

Description:
- You'll be tutoring Chinese students 1-1 using VoIP software.
- You will use provided materials (including teacher books) to guide your lessons and shape your curriculum to the specific needs of each student with freedom to expand and utilize other resources and techniques.
- You will create and issue homework and periodic oral progress tests and reports.
- Lessons are 45, or 60 minutes in length.
- Salary is paid on or before the 10th of every month for the previous month’s lessons via PayPal. *PayPal transfer fees are covered by us!

Requirements:
- You should be a passionate, responsible, reliable, and punctual professional English language instructor.
- A stable, high-speed Internet connection; webcam; and microphone-headset are a must.
- Native English speaker or fluent non-native with neutral accent.
- Experience teaching young learners of English.
- Minimum 6-month contractual commitment (longer-term commitments will be considered first).
- Available to teach at least two days a week during the time slots of Mon-Fri 16:00-22:00 and Sat-Sun 8:00-22:00 (Beijing time).
- Basic knowledge of second language acquisition in young learners, experience teaching Chinese students, and experience tutoring online are a plus.
