The City
Nantwich is a historic market town set in the Cheshire countryside close to the Welsh border. The town dates back to Roman times but was largely rebuilt after the Great Fire of Nantwich in 1583. This has left a wealth of beautiful black and white half-timbered buildings.

A focal point of the town is "The Square", which is the setting for the 14th century Church of St Mary's, one of the finest medieval churches in the country. It is also the stage for many organised street performances in the summer months.

Shopping is a pleasure in this largely pedestrianised town centre, which houses a variety of specialist shops and a lively market. Nantwich is also well-served by a wide range of good quality cafés and restaurants.

The School
Our Nantwich Centre is situated on the outskirts of Nantwich, about a 10-minute walk from the centre of the town. The language centre enjoys a peaceful setting within the grounds of Regents Theological College. The Centre is used by ESOL/EFL students who come from all over of the world, and you will have first hand experience of teaching a variety of levels and proficiencies.
