getting a tefl certificate (General)

Hey,
I’m a 19-year-old from Halifax, Canada and I’m going to Japan next year. I hope to get a job teaching English and I know I’m not qualified. Does anyone know the best way for me to get a TEFL certificate? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
