Kinda lost, need info! (CELTA vs TESOL)

Hi,

I've been looking for infos for a few hours and I'm kinda lost.
Some schools offer TEFL programs, some CELTA programs, but at the end, what's the best?
Some require a bachelor's degree, some don't and only require you to be at least 20...
I am 20 and have no degree, only a high school diploma.
I'm really interested in this course, but I'm scared to pay quite a lot of money and then end up with no job because I don't have a degree.
Anybody out there who found a job without a degree?

I'm having a hard time picturing myself teaching with my 20 years old. I guess it is possible as it is the minimum age requirements for most schools, but still... I never had a 20 year old teacher! So same thing, anybody out there in the same age range who's successfully teaching ESL?

And last thing. I'm originally french, got an american high school diploma and lived 2 years in both England and the US. I would love to be able to work in the US but I know it's hard because of the visa. Would it help to take a course in the US to find a job there?

Well it's been quite long but i would really appreciate any help!
