Hi pete..thanks for your help...... I did go through the article you suggested and gave me some insight. As for qualifications I have done my bachelors in marketing from Uni. of Pittsburgh...definitely far from an MA in english but a degree none the less. I am hoping that my work experience in India, teaching participants to communicate in English for the past 6 years comes handy. I am a US citizen, so thankfully work visa won't be required.Am not sure what qualifies as a native speaker. But I have done my entire schooling in English speaking schools making English my first language.
