I also responded to this offering. I asked lots of questions, and yes, I think the money they plan to get frum anyone accepting is the $400 plus for the entry permit. I also talked with a variety of people living and working Dubai. It seems that none of them have ever heard of such a school, nor do anny of them know of such an address. This is what sent a red flag to me. I have been a victim of a scam before but in Malaysia, however, there was no such business when I checked with the Embassy there. I think anyone applying with this company should be very careful unless they are prepared to lose their money.
