The site is hosted in Germany and therefore is subject to the strict German law in this respect.

I have a very reliable friend in Germany, and I therefore can offer you some free, basic assistance in reclaiming your money in case you chose to take legal action against them. Basically, there are some good chances to get your money back if your complaint is well-founded and if sufficient evidence can be given.
