According to my information, F visas are available for 4000 RMB, and Z's for 10,000 RMB, on the black market!
At those prices, why bother? And F's as cheap as 2000 RMB must be a scam! Be warned, folks!

Hi to Everybody in China beware with all the posted saying they can work for VISA in china and even can work overstayed. these people used to say they will work the visa in shanghai , Beijing and guangzhou or shenzhen and these people can speak good in chinese and have a very good english command , they have sweet tongue too u will be easily convinced, they will tell u to drop ur payment in China construction back and they will send you an address too where to drop the documents with another name written in chinese it may either in shanghai or beijing etc...but they never pick it up .coz They aren't living in that place they live in another city and even far from the address they told you where to send ur documents. Police had trace that the account is in nanyang but his location now is in yichang hubei he goes place to place. Coz he knows police men are tracing them now .... here is the man's number 15972694392 or even using another number claiming his in beijing or shanghai but u will notice the voice is the same and here;s the email add getvisainchina@yahoo.com....he never change his phone number coz untill now his deceiving many people in the net .... why dont we help to get rid these people... now a days two agent were caught my policemen and presently they are in detention.. so if you have similar situation why dont go to the nearest Police station they will help youto trace these people...
