Very good chance of this. "Borrowing" the names of well-regarded organizations, or even countries, is very, very common, and Cambridge seems to be especially frequently stolen. Or in this case, they might just be using those dreadful and boring Cambridge Business textbooks and have no further connection beyond that. Do the homework before you leap!
