They offer around $4500/ month USD, accept everybody, then ask for $3-400 upfront to cover expenses of working papers. They are operating from "tk", Tokelau, an island near New Zealand, not from "ae", Arab Emirates. They've been in this scam racket since October 2008 that I know of. Don't go there!
