Does anyone have experience with this man, Mike Zheng?

He's the "Recruiting Director, Guangzhou Saintshine Education Service Co. Ltd." and has sent me 4 job postings. I couldn't find a website for them and there were no school names in the postings. Just that they were in Guangzhou. Are they scammers?
