Hi , I think we have the same problem. I also got hired from this school. they asked me money to process the visa and ticket. they asked me more about opening and Italian bank account. Every information that they shared are really believable. I never put any doubt with them. However, i already sent my money :( I am hoping they will give it back to me.

Hi Jenny, thank you for posting this, sorry to hear you have been caught by this scam.

I have a friend who has I think also been caught sadly your alert too late. She is at this very moment hoping to travel to work at the school and keeps getting stalled by one thing or another. She was meant to travel 2 Jan. then 9 Jan but they want more money to complete the visa she is of course hopeful that it is not a scam, ii found your post and alerted her so she has not sent any more money.

Just wondering what actually happened to you, have you been to the police, how did you find out it was a scam?

Many thanks in advance.

Lesley

SCAM ALERT: Scammers using the name of a bona fide school called ASEI Schools in Turin, Italy

Hi there,

I just wanted to alert you of a scam on ESL pages. I recently fell for the scam and wanted to warn others before they made the same mistake. ASEI Schools in Turin, Italy is NOT currently hiring. This is a person pretending to be the school, asking for bank information and passport information. Please warn people about this potential scam so they can save some trouble in the long run!
