Hey, thanks for sharing this, I received the same email today, I was first very enthused to work and live in U.A.E, then, looking at that
website their supposed H.R manager Aisha Yusuf sent me: http://www.sez.ae, a number of strange things alterted me, I will list them below:

1- the first email i received had as object: Job applicant - $4000USD/MONTHLY ESL/ENGLISH TEACHING JOB IN DUBAI,UAE‏/

It is inappropriate for Any professional institution in this business to put the offered salary as an email title.

2- The H.R manager did not ask for my credentials or any transcript of Degrees, or teaching experience, or subjects taught. It did not discuss anything pertaining to language teaching. A normal procedure for any serious educational institution.

3- the link actually leads that this Aisha Yusuf sent leads to a governement page of Shariqa (the page is written in arabic, thank god i'm an arabic speaker). Which is actually weird, Shariqa is another state in U.A.E. Whereas the job offer and address was actually in Dubai.

4- The contract is in English, which in the middle east is not common practise, all legal documents are in Arabic.

5- This is probably the most flagrant aspect of a scam, this H.R manager's writing style is too "romantic":
"after going through the submissions, I think am speechless right now but will write a little about myself..I love to see people smile that's a personal hobby. I love kids very much and we are very satisfied to employ you due to your working experience".

Amateurs, right? :) Language teachers, be ware of these scams!
