LETTER OF APPOINTMENT
We hereby appoint you for employment at DUBAI ARAB AMERICAN PRIVATE SCHOOL located at Emirates Road, Muhaisna 1,P.O Box 232212,Dubai,United Arab Emirates.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:-
Position: Teacher.
Duration of Employment: 1 YEAR starting from 1st of March 2014 (Renewable).
Duty: Teaching ESL/English Conversation to Age groups ranging from elementary to middle school students (30~40 students/a class)
Monthly Salary: $8770USD per month (Tax Free).
Overtime: $50USD per hour.
Severance payment: $8770USD will be paid upon completion of the 1 year contract.
Weekly Feeding Allowance: $150USD Weekly Feeding Allowance will be provided by School Management.
Working Hours: 6 hours Daily [9:00am to 3:00pm] 12pm-1pm Break Time [Monday and ends on Thursday].
Holiday: Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday including Ramadan and all National Holidays.
The Teacher will receive 1 month paid vacation on top of the already stipulated holidays (national holidays and Saturdays and Sundays).
Housing: The School Management will provide a rent free furnished 2bed room Apartment for the Teacher and his family within the school premises with basic household necessities including Furniture, Curtains, bed, bedding, sheets, desk, closet, table, dining set, VCR, TV, washing machine, clothes rack, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, phone, internet access, fridge, stove, fan or AC, and a working heating system etc.
Medical Insurance: 100% Hospital bill will be paid by the School Management, Excluding Chronic Disease.
Pension: 100% will be provided by the Employer.
Transportation: The School Management will provide Free 2 ways economy class Air ticket for the Teacher and his family.
Finally, you are advised to contact Mr. Ferhat Kamuran [Comptroller] at UNITED ARAB EMIRATES MINISTRY OF LABOR for your visa/work permit application through Email:

N/B: The above office is responsible for final approval and issuance of your visa/work permit to enable us legalize your employment with us at labour office and book your accommodation and 2ways air ticket to Dubai Intl Airport to avoid violation of any immigration exit and entry laws..
