Has anyone received any inquiries from Yitiken Ager about a high school teaching job with a private school owned and run by the Catholic Church and located in Istanbul? The name of the school is All Saints Missionary High School, Turkey. I have been contacted by this person several weeks ago and offered a job to begin in early February. In the beginning discussions everything was to be paid for in advance of my coming including airfare, etc. Now that it is nearing time to leave the USA to begin working, suddenly I get a request from an attorney there asking that I send over 600 euros to pay for a visa which was to be paid for in advance by the school. I have talked with the Embassy of Turkey, Education Consul, but since it is a Missionary school, I was told that they do not regulate them closely, but I was advised not to send any money to anyone there for anything. I am very concerned that this is a scam and have now contacted Yitiken Ager informing him that I will not be sending any money to anyone there for any reason. I reminded him that in the beginning, I told him that I would never pay any money in advance to anyone for anything. He seems to conveniently have forgotten this and responded with the statement that the school would reimburse me upon my arrival. This is too much like scam offers that I have had and have ready about in the past. If you have any information about this, please let me know.
