Re: ETPO.org scam or legit?...hahaha... crazy!

It's a shame that that site seems to be a scam, I think there is a place for a company that would secure the placement for you in return for a fee (to reduce the choice, if nothing else). Such a service was provided to me by a company with the TEFL training as well, for an upfront fee, so I don't see why a company couldn't exist just to provide the placement.

Oh well.

If you search for Etpo, you will find 'Teachers needed in the Europe' ha ha.

Re: ETPO.org scam or legit?

This site looks suspicious to me. For example, they list institutes and "schools" that do not exist like "Bergstrom Institut" in Germany that I could not find when googling them.
Also, if they ask you to pay for anything, this is another red sign of alert.
Just these two things are enough to know that you should keep your hands off from them.
Stay away and don't pay anything!

Re: ETPO.org scam or legit?...hahaha... crazy!

I just found something else:

These clowns (calling themselves "professionals") mention on their site that they are "approved by the European Ministry of Education".

Even for the European Union, there is no such "Ministry of Education".

Now, I am opening up my own European Ministry of Crocodiles and invite you to come for a fee of 10,000 Euros to be eaten up by them....hahahaha

What a rubbish!!!!!

Re: ETPO.org scam or legit?

Scam or not, do NOT send money.
Do NOT.
FYI, the site was registered only one month ago, in June of this year (see http://whois.domaintools.com/etpo.org)

ETPO.org scam or legit?

I'm just wondering if anyone knows anything about this site. I was offered a job from this site but have to pay for the people at the organization for their help in securing the job as well as work visas and etc. If anyone has had success with this site or knows that they are a scam, I would really appreciate it.
