He did not respond because his scam is to ask money for visa processing. He probably asks something like US$800 to be sent by Western Union at the request of his lawyers. And then, he will come back and ask for another $800 as a deposit in a local bank account as proof of financial viability before the visa can be issued.... That's normally how they proceed. You can test him by saying that you have a friend in [another country] who is interested to work for him but he would need a visa.... And see what happens. You will have fun.
