I want you to know that the job is simply to teach my son simple English
language.

Andrey is only 2yrs old.He is a young learner who need English from
Alphabets.

There are many local ESL teachers here in Worcester but am not able to
hire them because of the high tax rate i will pay to the
government.Hiring a UK citizen requires high tax rate from the
employer expecially domestic employers.So i decided to hire abroad
which i find less expensive.

Instead i prefere giving more money to the teacher as salary to
encourage them than wasting it on the government on Tax.That is why am
offering £3,000.

Andrey is 2yrs and he is not currently in school.I want you to handle
him for 1 year and after that we will enrol him into public school to
meet other kids.

He is a lovely and playful boy.
He enjoys swimming in small pool and touching his toy pianno.

for your visa,work permit and flight booking,contact Mr.Jonathan Crowe of the Visa service office.Email him a copy of the signed contract and tell him that i have hired you and that we have agreed on the contract terms.

He will furnish you on the process and procedures of getting yoir travel documents.

He will process your visa,work permit and book your flight.

Position Reference: English Language Teacher
JOB OFFER / CONTRACT LETTER
We would like to offer you the position of an English Language Teacher to our son
for a period of 12month at our home here in Worcester. The terms and conditions of
the job are as follows:
Hours
You will be required to work for approximately 3-4hours per day and 20 hours per
week. From 10am till 2pm. Every weekend, will be spent with the family or
anywhere you wish, as you would have the weekends off.
Accommodation:
You would have a Private Live-out Accommodation with Private Bathroom, Sitting
Room and Bedroom. Your room would also be furnished with a Television Set, an
Internet Ready Computer System and a Fixed Landline telephone. Photos will be
provided prior to teachers arrival and if the accomodation is not acceptable then
aditional arrangements will be made at the expense of the employer.
Visa and Travel:
The employer shall assist with visa process and will also pay the teachers round trip
flight tickets.
Duties and responsibilities:
The teacher’s main duty is to teach our son in Basic English Language. This tutoring
can take any fastion the teacher desires (family excersion, shopping trips, playing
game, playing in the park etc...). The teacher is to prepare him to be able to
communicate in simple English, form letters, pronounce and spell simple English
words within the contract period.
Fee/Salary:
The teacher will be paid an amount of Three Thousand Great British Pounds
(£3,000) or its local equivalent.
Payment will be provided every 2 weeks (£1,500 twice a month) of the work month
by cash or paid into any financial institution that the teacher designates. For a total
of £3,000 per month. The fee/salary is not subject to any deductions as all taxes are
to be paid by the employer. If the fee/salary is paid in another currency it is subject
to existing exchange rate.
Fee/Salary payments are to be paid in advance on the 1st week and 3rd week of
every month.
Your monthly health and vacation allowance will be negotiated as soon as you
arrive. (This is to enable us to have good agreement)
20% of the teacher’s total fee (£7,200) will be paid as a bonus on the last day of the
termination of the contract alongside any outstanding fee. The employer has the
option to terminate the contract any time prior to the 12 month day, however he is
responsible for paying any outstanding contract fee (£36,000) and bonus on the last
day of termination.
Start Date and Period of Employment:
The teacher is expected to start as soon as they arrive to stay for a minimum period
of 12 months. If due to circumstances beyond your control or for any other reason,
you wish to leave at an earlier date than our agreement, you will be required to give
one month’s notice and the last month salary will paid to you.
Vacation
The teacher will have 3 weeks paid vacation after 4 months of work. Vacation time
must be negotiated however, well in advance. Paid Christmas break of 2 weeks will
also be given
Visa and Flight Booking
Contact Barr. Jonathan Crowe with a copy of the signed contract letter for him to
help in processing your work permit and visa, Note that he will also stand for you in
every process relating to the procurement of your visa.

Sorry I do not have a scanner. So, it will take me a couple of days to get contract printed, signed and scanned. Are there any steps I should be taking in the mean time?

We have received directives from your employer to furnish you on the requirements so that you can provide them alongside the signed contract.

We have received an application to process your work permit and visa to Worcester.

Note that your employer has been granted permission to fly you to Worcester for the teaching job.

The following are the requirements needed for filing your application.

Your employer must provide the following

1.His resident permit card.
2.A copy of his international passport.
3.A copy of an undertaking to be signed by the employer of domestic workers in the United Kingdom.
4.A bank account statement showing at least £150,000(Hundred And Fifty Thousand Great British Pounds) to show evidence of his financial status.
5.Payment of your visa application fee,work permit fee and round trip flight ticket fee from Thailand.

The following are needed from you

1.Fill and send back the attached visa application form.(See Help for filling the form below.)Also leave any part of the form that is not clear to you blank.
2.Scanned copy of you international passport.
3.Scanned copy of the signed contract.
4.Refundable deposit of one month Initial maintenance fund of £900
5.Name of the nearest international airport to you.
6.Your correct reachable address by courier service.
7.A scanned copy of your degree certificate or its equivalent.
8.A copy of your recent passport picture.

Note that requirement number 4 is only a refundable deposit.The money will be refunded back to you upon arrival at the airport.

The law states that before an applicant is given a work visa,he or she must deposit enough fund to shoulder their first month expenses.This deposit when refunded back to them, is what they will use to pay their initial expenses before getting their first salary.

You are required to deposit the fund through western union money transfer.

After the deposit,scan and email me the transfer receipt from western union alongside other documents.

It only take 14 working days for me to get your work permit approved and after which all your work permit information shall be redirected to the UK embassy closer to your location for a brief interview and issuance of your visa.All other travel informations and documents needed by the embassy shall be couriered to your address before the interview day.

All these documents should be scanned and email back to me with your contract so that i can file your application to enable your papers to be ready in time.
