I find it sad how obviously these scammers are preying on ESL speakers because no native English speaker would miss the red flags raised by the poor grammar and faulty context that the author of such a post uses. Here is what I routinely send before severing ties with my would-be online scammers:

I would love to tell you the hundreds of ways you idiots have given yourselves away as scammers, but that would only help you commit your crimes more efficiently. I'm imagining you are all just a bunch of poor women sleeping and taking shifts on a few computers all in the most inhumane conditions ... and probably no better than slaves to someone who takes your money, and forces you to keep working there ... perhaps your children are threatened ... all of these things I understand. I realize I was stupid to believe something too good to be true, but as for me, it was entertaining. I'm not angry at any of the people who claimed to be representatives of your service, because they simply do not exist. All you've accomplished has been to waste your own time ... and for that I am truly grateful because that has saved someone else (with less intelligence than I) the trouble of being bothered by you morons. The only regret I have is the time I wasted on you. If you're simply as*holes, I hope you die the slow painful death of starvation. If you are just desperately poor, I hope you die quickly and soon so that you will be out of your misery.

Sincerely, XXX
