To whom it may concern,
My wife and I were victims of this scam run by Alex Lutter, Paula Torris or Paula Deigo or Alameda Deigo from Canada. We lost money in same fashion. This Alex Lutter may be the master mind of this scam and may be working alone. I called this Alex guy several times asking him what's going on. He would hang up on me in the middle of conversation. Yes, he does answer his phone. If anyone out there knows any law authories or FBI who is aware of this scammer, please see if his phone can be traced and located so the law enforcement can take proper action. Us Homestay families are good people trying to help young people who wants to come to America and study English and all levels of education in this country. This is a serious crime and most of all, this will hurt young people who wants to study and enjoy freedom provide by this country. This also will scare many good, kind and loving family from Homestay program. Here's an address of this scammer (this address may not be authentic): 2437 Finch Ave. West, Notth York ON M9M 2E7 phone: 1-647-830-2176...I will continue doing research on this issue and hopely, find out our more information for you and law enforcements.
