very eye catching salary. i applied just by sending short message conveying my interest for nanny job and (johnsonfamilys72-employer) immediately consider my application without bla!bla!bla! i thought it was a jock-pot, hassle free application only to find out that at the end he wants me to pay for the application of my work-permit as zeal of my commitment that i'm serious about the job. i can say its a serious scam for people looking for a greenier pasture.

I am so angry, I almost believed this myself, but it looks too good to be true!! Always research everything, there are so many innocent people out there who might fall for this scams!!
BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It sounded too good to be true, and I finally realized the scam....better late than never!

ENGLISH TEACHING EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT
This employment agreement is made between Dr. Junjie Mu and Nicoleta Mircea
English as a second language teacher. This Employment Agreement is made on this
16th day of July 2012.
The Contract Conditions are:
TREATMENT & TEACHING HOURS
The employer and employee are individuals of equal value and respectability coming
together to harmoniously and respectfully exchange their services. The service of the
employee is to tutor the family of Dr. Junjie Mu English as a second language. The
employer will return the employee's energy and efforts with material and service
supports such as proper housing, salary, and allowances as agreed upon here.
WORK LOAD, HOURS, DAYS:
The workload is maximum of 30 hours per week. Work is organized in two-shifts
with a break of 30 minutes. Maximum teaching hour of six hours (Two hours thirty
minutes with the kids and three hours with the employers wife in a day, from Monday
through Friday from 10:00 hours to 16 :00 hours.
Overtime is not obligatory. The teacher reserves the right to refuse to do overtime or
any activity for or with the employer in his/her free time or on holidays.
PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT
The total Agreement term is eighteen months, commencing from September 10th,
2012.
SCOPE OF WORK
The employee duty is as follows:
Teaching of conversational English language and to improve the reading, listening,
speaking and writing skills of the employers family. The students are Jia Mu, 36 years
old, Jiao Mu, 7 years old and Meili Mu, 5 years old.
SALARY & OVERTIME PAYMENT
The period of four weeks is accounted for one payment session.
Regardless of how few the monthly work hours may be, the teacher's minimum
monthly pay is 4,000.00 British Pounds per 4 weeks session.
The monthly payments will be made on the last day of each month; the
payments are to be made up to date. However, the payment for the last month of the
contract, plus the annual bonus and cost of return airfare will be made on the
employee last work day.
FREE, FURNISHED HOUSING
Housing is a rent-free, a private self contained apartment inside the employers
residence.
Furniture: Curtains, bed, bedding, sheets, desk, closet, table, dining set, TV,
washing machine, clothes rack, pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, phone, fridge, gas cooker,
fan/AC, and a working heating system.
Maintenance and repairs to the apartment and appliances and the heating system, as
well as replacement of worn out furniture is the responsibility of the employer. The
utilities are to be paid by the employer on monthly basis.
SAME DAY RESPONSE
Should the employee report a problem with the heating system, fridge/gas cooker, or
should he/she ask for medical attention, on the same day the employer will hire help
to solve the problem.
PAID HOLIDAYS & SICK DAYS
Will include all national holidays, and 2 week summer & 2 week winter vacation, plus
5 sick days per year. These holidays and sick days are paid (it means the employee is
paid the same salary as usual and will not be asked to work extra hours to make up for
these days, nor do the holidays come off his overtime hours). The employee will
receive 150.00 British Pounds each vacation period.
The vacation weeks can be taken at once either during the summer or winter.
DRESS CODE
Casual clothes, shirts and pants in the winter, shorts and T-shirts in the summer, as
long as they are neat and clean are permitted.
MEDICAL INSURANCE
From the first workday the employee will be covered for his/her dental and medical
insurance by the Aviva Health Insurance. The insurance premium is to be paid by the
employer. The medical insurance is 300 British Pounds per month.
AIRFARE AND VISA/WORK PERMIT
It is the responsibility of the employer to pay: 50% of the employee round trip flight
tickets from the country of employee residence and originating city to Heathrow
Airport, London. The employer is legally responsible for the above noted 50% flight
costs with all expectation they would be on a low cost carrier and economy class seats
however at the end of the contract should the employee recommend a destination
which satisfies government regulations with respect to exiting the country and is at a
lesser cost than flying the employee to his home country, the employer should duly
consider this as it would be beneficial to both parties. The Employer will be at the
Heathrow Airport to welcome the employee to England and the employer will
shoulder the cost of their transportation from Heathrow Airport to his residence.
ANNUAL BONUS
The annual bonus equivalent of one month's pay, is paid to the employee on the last
day of this contract.
DISMISSAL OR VOLUNTARY RESIGNATION
The Employer and the employee reserve the right to end this contract, in any of the
cases below.
It is agreed hereby that 'Copy of employee's resignation or dismissal notice' will be
equal to his legal 'Release Paper'.
Dismissal can take place if the teacher neglects correcting the following causes.
(The employee will have 20 days after each warning letter to correct the situation.)
Neglect his duties stipulated in this agreement.
Frequent absences from work.
Resignation can take place if the employee perceives:
Continuous disrespect, or negligence of his human rights.
Negligence of the points of this contract by the employer.
Death or severe disease of a family member, or severe illness of the employee.
In case of dismissal or resignation, employee is paid up to his/her last day of work,
and no fees are to be deducted from his/her pay. All the accounts / pays on either side
must be settled by the last day of employee’s work.
The Employer cannot dismiss the employee during the last two months of this
contract's period.
In case the employee leaves the employer before his/her contract period ends, the
employer will not pay for the return ticket.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement is governed by the law of the United Kingdom.
This Agreement is made final and firm unless any material modification or
amendment to this Agreement is executed with the full knowledge and consent of the
undersigned and incorporated into this Agreement, with both parties' signatures
proving the modifications.
Photostat copies of this Agreement will be considered as valid as the signed original.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have here unto set their hands and
seals as of the day and year first written.
