Hours

In the UK only the Police can do background checks - lawyers can not.

But as a Barrister I can tell you that these people do not exist.

Thank you while waiting for the last couple of answers found a myriad of other such scams with varied names connected, however the letter and contracts being all similar!

Even though they asked for no money I'm sure that's the next step with the barrister his reply was

The address that this so called Barrister uses is the UK Border Agency's address in Croydon, this is an official Government department address and no private barrister would operate from there.
