Salary - has already been mentioned by another poster but the range would be from £60,000 - £120,000. If you have the inclination you can check what British teachers earn. Headteachers or Principals of large successful schools may earn in the upper bracket ( if not more).
IP address - ( probably added by this site's admin) is part of a block assigned to Europe, Middle East and Asia. Although IP masking is used by scammers, the IP address used is located in Denmark.
The school website is genuine. You have to ask why a British school is using a Human Resources base in Denmark. Normally they would use, local newspapers in Luton or the wider Bedfordshire, the independent schools network or the Times Education Supplement to advertise vacancies.
This offer is an attempt at getting an IP/ email address ( for spam) and identity theft from your CV!

It's a typical scam. You will find at least one or two dozen such texts on this board, but with different email addresses (the scammers change from time to time).
Everything in the text is a huge red flag starting with the outrageous salary, the number of jobs offered, the fact that it is in the UK (a favorite destination for many), etc.
